Job Title: Guest Service Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the Front Office log book and shift reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
  • Ensure all guests receive a swift, smooth, professional, and friendly check-in and check-out experience.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service standards, consistently exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer contact skills.
  • Service-oriented with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
  • Self-motivated and energetic.
