We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Representative to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and organization in our hotel, and maintaining seamless coordination with all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization in our hotel, maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards in all areas.
- Establish and maintain seamless coordination with all departments, ensuring maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
- Interact with guests and personnel in an efficient and friendly manner, providing effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services.
Qualifications:
- Relevant diploma/degree in Hotel Management.
- Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, service orientation, and interpersonal team skills.
- Displays high levels of flexibility, initiative, sincerity, and teamwork.
- Knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.
