Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Executive to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to clients and colleagues
- Manage the front desk and ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution and follow-up
- Prepare and maintain records and databases, including telephone registers and client contacts
- Contribute to the monthly management report for the client and participate in emergency evacuation procedures
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline or from Hotel Management background
- 1-5 years' experience in front desk management or reception
- Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting
- Strong computer literacy and ability to manage activities using different systems
