Front Office Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Coordinator to join our Front Office team at Accor. As a key member of our Reception team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain high standards of customer service and respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and key distributions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including Front Office log books and shift reports.
• Perform other duties as required to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and hotel efficiency.
Requirements
• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a Front Office environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
