Front Office Operations Manager

Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Hyatt, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Front Office department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary goal will be to meet guest expectations and support the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Desk operations
- Ensure that guest expectations are met and exceeded
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Front Office operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel
