Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and employees, providing a warm welcome and guiding them through the office.
- Manage the front desk, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and distributing messages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports, including MIS reports, as required by the client.
- Contribute to the monthly management report for the client and participate in emergency evacuation procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline or from Hotel Management background.
- 1-5 years of experience in front desk management or reception.
- Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting.
- Strong customer service focus and ability to multitask.
