Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and employees, providing a warm welcome and guiding them through the office.
  2. Manage the front desk, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and distributing messages.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  4. Prepare and present reports, including MIS reports, as required by the client.
  5. Contribute to the monthly management report for the client and participate in emergency evacuation procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline or from Hotel Management background.
  • 1-5 years of experience in front desk management or reception.
  • Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to multitask.
