Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out details, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services and amenities, and be able to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic knowledge of local languages and cultures, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
