About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our Guest Services team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality guest services, optimizing hotel occupancy and room rates, and handling guest complaints professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high-quality guest services in arrivals, departures, rooming, food, and services, as well as special needs and enquiries.
- Optimize hotel occupancy and room rates through effective sales strategies.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
- Assist the Guest Service Manager in operating a highly proficient and productive guest services department.
- Sales according to hotel tasks.
- Develop a thorough working knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk reception/cashiering procedures, reservations, and outlet services.
- Understand the functions of each hotel department, physical layouts of facilities, key personnel roles, daily functions, and special events.
- Assist in conducting training for the Guest Service team.
- Collaborate with the Guest Service Manager to formulate new procedures and directives to improve the department.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A keen eye for detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Working Arrangements: Full-time position with a fixed schedule.
