Customer Service Operations Manager

Role Requirements
- We are seeking an individual with minimum 1 year of experience in operations or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills, charisma, enthusiasm, and competitiveness are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including customer communications.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an excellent onboarding process for new customers.
- Educate customers about processes and improve the overall experience.
- Collect feedback, close feedback loops, and work on customer suggestions.
- Session calendar management, record keeping, trainer relationships, batch mapping, certificate distribution, LMS management, sales support, batch management, invoice management, and review of sales reports.
