Role Requirements

  • We are seeking an individual with minimum 1 year of experience in operations or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, charisma, enthusiasm, and competitiveness are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations, including customer communications.
  2. Schedule appointments and maintain an excellent onboarding process for new customers.
  3. Educate customers about processes and improve the overall experience.
  4. Collect feedback, close feedback loops, and work on customer suggestions.
  5. Session calendar management, record keeping, trainer relationships, batch mapping, certificate distribution, LMS management, sales support, batch management, invoice management, and review of sales reports.
