Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our customer relationships and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in account management, sales, or a related field, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE GROWTH AND REVENUE.
  • MAXIMIZE CROSS-SELL AND UP-SELL OPPORTUNITIES FOR NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
  • MANAGE DAILY CLIENT COMMUNICATION AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE RESULTS OF THE CSM TEAM.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments.
