We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Leader to join our team at Torry Harris Business Solutions. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products or services and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers on an ongoing basis, assess their needs, and provide proactive support to ensure they achieve maximum value from TH-M.

We offer a highly competitive salary of around $125,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
