Responsibilities:
- Develop sales qualified opportunities and pipeline through a mix of outbound and inbound prospecting activities
- Analyze and identify how MoEngage can solve prospects' engagement and retention challenges
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Work with the marketing team to convert inbound leads for handoff to sales
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, documents are attached, and sales development dashboards are up to date
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- A bachelor's degree
- Previous SDR experience at a SaaS company
- Experience using a CRM system, web-conferencing software, sales prospecting, and enablement tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing remote environment
- Strong listening, conversation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
