Senior Customer Success Manager

Oracle seeks a highly experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to lead the delivery of Support Services to maximize customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer business strategies and industry trends, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
About the RoleThis is a non-routine and complex role involving advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. The Senior Customer Success Manager will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to identify customer needs and develop targeted solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex Account Planning and Account Reviews to track and communicate status on projects, including risk identification and mitigation recommendations.
- Executing Project and Contract Management, including contract cost, resources, and scheduling, scope, and risk management.
- Providing leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology.
- Contributing to regional and global strategy execution by driving process and tool development and improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-level customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Key qualifications include:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in developing and managing large-scale relationships.
- Advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization, with a strong understanding of Oracle's products and services.
- Ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop targeted solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to execute Oracle policies, procedures, reporting, escalation process, and delivery tools, particularly with complex contracts.
