Job DescriptionAs a Senior Customer Success Manager at NoBroker, you will be responsible for nurturing strong relationships with our valued clients. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for high-value clients, handling all their queries and concerns.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH OPEN COMMUNICATION AND PROACTIVE ISSUE RESOLUTION.
- IDENTIFY AND ASSESS CLIENT NEEDS TO PROVIDE TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
- PROVIDE GUIDANCE ON OUR PLATFORM FEATURES AND BENEFITS TO ENHANCE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
- NEGOTIATE WITH LEADS ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENTS TO SECURE OPTIMAL OUTCOMES.
- MONITOR AND REPORT ON CLIENT SATISFACTION LEVELS TO ENSURE CONTINUED GROWTH AND IMPROVEMENT.
Requirements:
Qualification / Education and other Requirements:
- Education - Any education (10th, 12th, Diploma, with 0-3 yr.exp)
- EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- GREAT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, NUMERICAL, AND ANALYTICAL ABILITY.
- DECISION-MAKING SKILLS.
- Languages required: English & Hindi, Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu
- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word)
- Flexible to work day shifts (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM)
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with a weekday off
