Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to lead our team of Client Service Support/Service Management executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service experiences for customers, prioritizing their satisfaction and meeting Vodafone's contractual commitments.
  • Manage customer escalations efficiently, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate debt and credit performance records for all accounts, ensuring timely delivery of customer reports.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive customer reviews and service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team management, performance management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in data management and customer-facing reporting using Microsoft suite tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vodafone's brand values, including visual and written aspects.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, work effectively under pressure, and collaborate with diverse teams.
