We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Intern to join our team at Tricog Health. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service, guidance, and support.

About Us

Tricog Health is a leading provider of cardiovascular disease management solutions. Our mission is to change the 80% chance of mortality due to heart attacks to an 80% chance of survival. We achieve this through the use of technology to provide quick, accurate, and affordable diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to track and monitor customer health and satisfaction.
  • Identify potential issues early on and develop strategies to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely payments from customers.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Graduation in Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred.
  • Freshers or one year of experience desired.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
