Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to build and lead our customer success team. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish and scale the support and success teams, focusing on process improvement and resource allocation.
- Foster a community of product evangelists through exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the product team to inform future product development based on customer insights.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a lead/manager position.
- Excellent empathy and understanding of customer needs.
- A willingness to work closely with the US time zone.
- An ownership mindset and ability to take initiative in building strong customer relationships.
Nymble offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
