Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our team at Tricog Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service, guidance, and support.

Role Overview

This role will provide exposure to customer relationship management, product usage, and data analysis, offering valuable insights into the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to track and monitor customer health and satisfaction.
  2. Maintain a good relationship with customers and identify potential issues well ahead of time.
  3. Develop a strong touch-point schedule with key stakeholders.
  4. Work closely with the accounts team to ensure timely payments.
  5. Identify and rectify poor usage issues in collaboration with the marketing team of the customer.
Requirements
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹ 6-8 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
