Job Title: Business Development Manager - Customer SuccessSalary: ₹1200000 - ₹1500000 per annumWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Customer Success to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.
Job DescriptionThe Business Development Manager - Customer Success will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity. They will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have experience in team management or mentoring senior associates/associates and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of total experience out of which 3 years has to be in outbound sales.
- Candidate from a product-based background is preferable with an understanding of current account and neo banking products.
- The candidate should have experience in team management or mentoring senior associates/associates
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
