We've already made a significant impact, verifying over 100 million profiles worldwide. Now, we're poised to reach an impressive milestone - touching a billion users in the next two years.
You'll be part of our dynamic team that builds products for large organizations and rapidly growing startups. Our technologies run critical functions, such as customer onboarding for HDFC Bank, delivery networks for Amazon and Zomato, and financial inclusion for Paytm and BharatPe.
With over 1,500 customers worldwide, we're proud to have been recognized as 'Fintech Scale-up of the Year' by IFTA in 2021.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deeply understanding our clients' business objectives, current processes, and challenges
- Buidling trustworthy relationships with various client stakeholders
- Developing and executing plans to solve client business objectives
- Educating clients on industry best practices
- Serving as the client's voice within our organization, fearlessly advocating for their interests
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
- Emotional resilience and ownership
- Crisp verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and project management skills
A relevant Bachelor's degree or MBA from a top-tier institution is desired, along with past experience in the Financial Services space.
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
