Requirements:
- 12+ years of Recruiting experience with a blend of in-house and technical recruiting experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading Recruiting teams.
- Expertise in recruiting in the Bangalore market across technical and non-technical roles.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful recruitment strategies and programs.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly skilled at translating requirements into effective interview plans.
- Strong understanding of job architecture & leveling.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of ₹40,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
