About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead our hiring efforts in the ed-tech domain. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Individual Contribution:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and niche roles.
    • Build a strong pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging recruitment platforms.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidate capabilities, and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition:
    • Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
    • Identify and attract top talent to meet the business's dynamic needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand workforce planning requirements.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities and processes.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Lead initiatives to promote the company as a preferred employer in the ed-tech industry.
    • Leverage social media, industry events, and partnerships to strengthen employer visibility.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure and enhance recruitment performance.
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Maintain expertise in ed-tech trends and competitor hiring practices.
    • Build and maintain strong networks within the industry to access top-tier talent.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition, with substantial experience as an individual contributor.
  • Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the ed-tech sector and its unique talent needs.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Self-Starter: Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment processes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
