About the Role

XIUS is recruiting an experienced sales leader to manage our Africa region. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives in the Africa region.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the telecom industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in the Telecom industry, particularly in Africa.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $150,000-$200,000 based on experience.
