Job Description

XIUS is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Africa region. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive regional sales strategy, leading the complete sales cycle in Africa from initial qualification and discovery to successful fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Africa region.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the marketplace.
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within targeted telecom industry accounts.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.

Requirements:

  • Recent and relevant Telecom industry experience, specifically in Africa.
  • Proven track record selling to large Telecom level customers and established relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$180,000 depending on experience.
