Performance & Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports, providing insightful data on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and client feedback. Meet or exceed established sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Continuous Learning & Development:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in transit media advertising, continuously enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the advertising industry, with a proven track record of success in transit media advertising, digital media sales, or related fields.- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve ambitious goals.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently articulate the value proposition of transit media to clients.- Strong negotiation and closing skills, adept at securing win-win outcomes.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with a proactive approach to sales.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.- Familiarity with the local advertising market in your assigned region and a strong network of potential clients are highly desirable
