Regional Sales Director for South India

**Job Overview**
Progility Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading systems integrator in the field of communications and collaboration systems for corporate and government customers in India, is seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Director for our Hyderabad office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, achieving revenue targets and profitability of the company's products and services within the assigned region. This role involves leading sales teams, developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activity, recommending improving sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale projects in system integration of Video, Audio, Data, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Surveillance across industries.
- Bulk and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners to enhance the company's market position.
- Sales Operations:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring timely and effective execution of sales processes.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to senior management on regional sales performance and market conditions.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a regional sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve sales objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 12-17 years of rich experience in Sales of Solutions for Audio/Video/Data Networking, Cyber Security OEM partners.
- Candidate should have excellent contacts with OEMs, suppliers, contractors, architects.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading driving change to improve performance.
- Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude.
- Builds strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Ability to ensure effective teamwork, collaborative behavior, and team spirit.
- Strong communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BE – ECE/DECE/BSc/BTech in Electronics/MBA/MCA/Any Graduate.
Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1500000 per annum (dependent on experience)
