Regional Sales Director for Track and Trace Division

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Track and Trace Division in the West and South regions. This is a dynamic opportunity for a sales leader to expand our business, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction.
About the Role
This senior leadership position involves driving sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and overseeing project execution from lead generation to order securing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regional sales teams, achieving sales targets, and fostering collaboration among internal teams and clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Track and Trace solutions.
- Achieve region-specific sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the regional sales team to reach individual and team goals, ensuring a collaborative approach to meeting sales objectives.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key pharmaceutical clients and industry partners in the West and South regions.
- Understand client needs and tailor Track and Trace solutions to meet their compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, providing product expertise and addressing inquiries.
- Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify new sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector, specifically focusing on Track and Trace solutions.
- Explore and develop new business avenues and partnerships within the region to increase market share.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
- Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Sales, Service, and Production) to ensure smooth execution of Track and Trace projects for clients.
- Ensure timely delivery, implementation, and post-sales support for Track and Trace solutions, managing the entire lifecycle of the project.
- Regional Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance within the West and South regions, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and improve performance.
- Product Knowledge & Sales Support
- Provide deep product knowledge and technical expertise on Track and Trace systems, assisting clients in understanding product features, benefits, and compliance requirements.
- Train and support the regional sales team in product knowledge, sales techniques, and relationship-building skills.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in selling Track and Trace solutions and 5 years of experience in team handling preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Engineering, Sales, or Business Administration) is also required. You should have a proven success record in managing regional sales teams and handling large-scale projects in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
What We Offer:
Up to ₹16 Lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
