Regional Sales Director for Track and Trace Solutions

The Regional Sales Director for Track and Trace Solutions will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities in the West and South regions. This role involves managing the sales of Track and Trace solutions in the pharmaceutical sector, fostering client relationships, and ensuring effective project execution from lead generation to order securing.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership & Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies for the West and South regions to promote and sell Track and Trace solutions, achieve region-specific sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key pharmaceutical clients and industry partners in the West and South regions, understand client needs and tailor Track and Trace solutions to meet their compliance requirements.
- Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify new sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector, specifically focusing on Track and Trace solutions, explore and develop new business avenues and partnerships within the region to increase market share.
- Project Coordination & Execution: Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Sales, Service, and Production) to ensure smooth execution of Track and Trace projects for clients, ensure timely delivery, implementation, and post-sales support for Track and Trace solutions.
- Total Work Experience: Minimum 8+ years in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in selling Track and Trace solutions & 5 Years into Team handling preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Professional Experience: Experience in sales of Track and Trace/compliance solutions or related technologies within the pharmaceutical sector, demonstrated success in managing regional sales teams and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Key Skills and Attributes: Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication skills.
Estimated salary: Up to ₹1,600,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to expand Control Print Limited's Track and Trace division in the West and South regions, contributing significantly to business growth while ensuring client satisfaction and successful project execution.
