Africa Regional Sales Manager

XIUS seeks a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our Africa region. This role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business objectives in the Africa region.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the telecom industry.
Requirements:
- Recent and relevant Telecom industry experience, specifically in Africa.
- Proven track record selling to large Telecom level customers and established relationships at the C-suite level.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $140,000-$190,000 depending on experience.
