Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned regions to drive AUM growth, identify new business opportunities, and monitor market trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth & AUM Expansion: Drive revenue growth by increasing sales of asset management products and services, focusing on AUM expansion through strategic initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a regional role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and the asset management industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the regional market.
- Education: MBA / CA / CFA.
- Experience: 8-10 years in Asset Management or Financial Services.
