About the Job

XIUS is seeking a seasoned Sales Lead to spearhead our sales initiatives in the AMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in Africa.

Job Summary:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that targets high-growth telecoms companies in Africa.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the telecoms industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
