Sales Development Lead

Firstsource, a leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) services, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coach to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs to onboard new hires and enhance the skills of existing team members.
In this position, you will be responsible for conducting regular assessments of sales team performance and skill gaps to identify training needs and areas for improvement. You will also provide individualized coaching and feedback to Advisors to help them improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in sales coaching, training, or management. You should have a strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to effectively teach and reinforce these concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and creative problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Operations team to develop customized coaching plans for underperforming team members and monitor progress towards improvement. You will also create and deliver engaging sales training sessions, workshops, and materials on topics such as sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation skills, and product knowledge.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales coaching. A strong salary of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum is offered to the right candidate.
