Key Responsibilities- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the direct residential sales team.
- Perform sales activities on a day-to-day basis, working closely with the Direct Sales Team.
- Maintain sales performance monitoring and drive sales team members to achieve set targets and collections periodically.
- Lead, walk-in, and sales management through effective use of ERP systems.
- Participate in events and exhibitions to promote products and services.
- Deliver regular presentations on products and services, negotiating difficult sales effectively.
- Implement sales programs to improve product awareness and penetration into markets.
- Interact regularly with the sales team, understand market needs, and adapt tactics accordingly to serve customer needs.
- Direct and train the sales team to pitch products correctly to target markets to achieve overall sales numbers.
- Maintain data on sold customers and source prospects from them.
- Conduct market research and collect market intelligence to inform sales plans.
The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/MBA/Postgraduate degree in Sales and Marketing. A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in sales leadership roles is required.
