Tele Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Leader to join our Admin Looks team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have a strong background in EdTech or Insurance sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Quality control of sales calls and ensuring excellent customer service
- Achieving daily and monthly sales targets and providing regular progress reports to the team
- Managing staff rosters to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate attendance and leave records for the team
- Allocating sales leads to team members and providing ongoing coaching and support
- Conducting daily briefings and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth
To succeed in this role, you should have exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You will also need to be highly organized, with a strong focus on delivering results.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in EdTech or Insurance sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
