Job Summary
The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of 15-20 sales professionals, ensuring their productivity, and implementing new day-to-day processes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales/operations/customer service and team management. A good understanding of Excel, creating daily reports, MIS, and tracking performance is essential. Effective communication with support teams, maintaining people synergy, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities
- Handle Servicing team (size : 15-20 people) and ensure their productivity.
- Create new day-to-day processes and understand existing ones.
- Good knowledge of Excel, creating daily reports, MIS, and tracking performance of the team.
- Communicate with the support teams and implement guidelines with focus on process adherence.
- Ensure people synergy and effective communication across teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Document and regular reporting of key important parameters.
- Design and coordinate training programs for employees to improve work efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Maintain weekly scheduling as per payroll policies.
- Drive sales objectives and continually meet & exceed targets.
- Maintain proper TAT & regular follow-ups with Advocates & Customers.
