Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to lead our device sales team in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT hardware, such as laptops, desktops, and related devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for laptops, desktops, and other devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global accounts, enterprise customers, channel partners, and distributors.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration across regions in India.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting to senior management.
Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, specifically in IT hardware (laptops, desktops).
- Strong knowledge of the Indian IT hardware market, distribution channels, and customer segments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve ambitious sales targets.
