We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Head for Consumer and Corporate Banking in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with expertise in building and managing high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new accounts, cross-selling banking products, and improving customer satisfaction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD AND RUN A TEAM OF STRONG CONSUMER AND CORPORATE BANKERS
  • ACQUIRE NEW ACCOUNTS FROM BRANCH CATCHMENT AREA
  • QUALITY SOURCING OF SALARY ACCOUNTS FROM CORPORATES
  • ACTIONIZE ACCOUNTS OPENED, UPI LINKAGE, MO BALANCE, SAVINGS BALANCE, AND INCREASE WALLET SHARE OF OUR BANKING PRODUCTS

Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of consumer and corporate banking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
