    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Secondary/High school education
  • Additional certification(s) in Food and Beverage will be an advantage
  • Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
