High-Performance Sales Lead for SaaS Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the adoption of cutting-edge SaaS solutions in the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives, drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Revenue Generation: Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets, monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures to ensure consistent growth.
- Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to our sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Sales Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience with 3+ years of direct sales management experience, preferably in ETS, FCG, or Insurance sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent C-level communication skills with a strong ability to demonstrate full-stack solutions and discuss them with business leaders.
- Track Record: A proven track record of exceeding company sales quotas in complex sales environments, with experience in territory management and planning.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills, with a willingness to travel as needed throughout the region.
Salary Range: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
