About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SaaS Sales Lead to join our team at Brightchamps. As a SaaS Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in achieving targets for SaaS-based HR Tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the HR Tech sector.
  • Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, and partnerships.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
  • Present product demonstrations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and market strategies.
  • Proficiency in handling enterprise deals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance and motivation.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales, preferably within the SaaS and HR Tech sectors.
  • Proven Expertise: Strong background in closing large deals and managing high-value clients.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading sales teams and driving results in a target-driven environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in handling a team of at least 4 to 5 people.
