Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive sales growth for Toolyt.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting enterprises, mid-market, and SMBs for Toolyt's CRM solution.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consultative selling and in-depth knowledge of Toolyt's features and benefits.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market demands.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Toolyt's evolving feature set to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, keeping accurate records in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably CRM tools.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, SaaS models, and the tech ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in selling SaaS-based CRM solutions to enterprises.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and a passion for technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
