SaaS Sales Team Lead Position

About the Role: As a SaaS Sales Team Lead at Eleanor Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SaaS sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and help team members achieve individual and team goals.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demos, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Revenue Growth & Sales Targets: Monitor team sales performance and ensure that quotas, KPIs, and revenue targets are met or exceeded. Work with marketing and customer success teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance in a SaaS environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
