Sales Director Opportunity for SaaS Expertise
About Us:
Eleanor Technologies Pvt Ltd is a renowned company in the SaaS industry, and we are excited to offer a challenging opportunity for a Sales Director to lead our sales team.
Role Description:
The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demos, contract negotiation, and closing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance in a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor team sales performance and ensure that quotas, KPIs, and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Work with the marketing and customer success teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes, CRM tools, and sales automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per annum
