The Job: We are seeking an experienced SaaS Sales Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SaaS sales representatives. Foster a high-performance culture and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies. Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle and ensure that quotas, KPIs, and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. Be actively involved in high-value deals and provide guidance throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
