About the Role:
We are seeking an Executive Sales Director to join our team at InCruiter. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead our sales efforts in the HR Tech sector, developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and market strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior sales team members to ensure their success.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Sales, preferably within the SaaS and HR Tech sectors.
- Proven track record of success in executive sales roles, driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong industry knowledge, including HR technologies, trends, and SaaS-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is between $140,000 and $200,000, based on experience.
