Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Sales Manager to join our team at Nexplace Info Private Limited. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.

You will operate as the point of contact for assigned customers, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts. Your primary goal will be to ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion, while communicating client needs and demands to our employer company.

To achieve this, you will forecast and track client account metrics, manage projects within client relationships, and work to carry out client goals while meeting company objectives. You will also identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients, coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service, and collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics

About the Role:

This is a permanent position, requiring 3+ years of experience in IT Sales, CRM, and B2B. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-versed in MS Office, and have a strong background in system integration.

The salary for this position is approximately ₹12,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
