Job Description:

Hub Work is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific geographic area, representing our company, and selling our products.

  • Sales Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share in the assigned territory. Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, and identify and close new opportunities with potential customers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and sales success. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and market insights.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively sell to customers. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and maintain an understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Experience and Education: Candidates with a background in handling the sales of Industrial paints, welding industry equipment, abrasives, safety products, powder coating paints, painting equipment, Adhesives, powder coating equipment, Touchup paints (Industrial). Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills and Abilities: Minimum of 5 years experience in Territory Sales Management, preferably in the distribution industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a consultative sales approach. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to develop effective sales strategies.

Compensation and Location: CTC: 7 to 10 LPA. Locations hiring for: Bengluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Baroda.
