The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) is to expand our presence in the USA market.

About the Role

This dynamic position involves:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients in the USA market through email, calls, and demonstrations.
  • Product Demos: Conduct high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospects.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • SaaS experience: Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the childcare, education, or related industries.
  • US sales expertise: Familiarity with the USA market, including sales techniques, customer behavior, and business etiquette.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demos and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Night shift comfort: Comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
  • CRM knowledge: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
