Job Description:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve targets for SaaS-based HR Tech products.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the HR Tech sector.
  • Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Manage relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct market research and present product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
  • Handle enterprise deals and negotiate contracts.
  • Mentor junior sales team members.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS and HR Tech sectors.
  • Proven expertise in closing large deals and managing high-value clients.
  • Leadership experience in target-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Familiarity with HR technologies and trends.
  • Proficient in sales analytics and forecasting.

Estimated Salary: ₹25 Lacs - ₹35 Lacs per annum in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
