Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targeted sales goals
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in real estate industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions

Compensation Package: $130,000 - $160,000 per annum
